ABOUT JESSICA GREMBOWSKI

 

 

Hello, and thank you for visiting my portfolio! I am a graduate of Elon University with a minor in Digital Art. Though my school had no formal animation curriculum, I have been able to tailor my experiences and educate myself on the ins-and-outs of the animation world!

 

When I was 19, I was fortunate enough to work as a Production Intern through DreamWorks Animation, where I earned my first screen credit for storyboard revisions. The following year, I made my way out to Los Angeles to spend my spring semester interning with The Product Factory, a post house who worked primarily with Marvel Animation. There I was able to witness firsthand the process behind animatics and final renders-- and eventually was able to build and assemble the projects myself when I was hired full-time after graduating.

 

My most recent experience saw me as a PA at Big Picture Entertainment, where we cut film trailers and understood the role each shot had to play in capturing an audience. Now, I continue my animation education with classes at the Animation Guild in Burbank, and online courses with Aaron Blaise.

 

I am thankful for all the opportunity I've had, and look forward to working with others in the industry.
